We fully respect the right of everyone to privacy and personal data protection. Maximum security in the processing of your personal data and at the same time their protection is a matter of course in our company that you can rely on. 

In order to guarantee the protection of all your personal data that we come into contact with in our work, we have taken technical, organizational and personnel measures in accordance with Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals. repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (the Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR") and also that all our measures are in accordance with Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection and on Amendments to Certain Acts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data Protection Act”).

It is important for us that everyone who uses the services of our company is informed about the reasons and methods of personal data processing, about the ways of handling personal data, as well as about the rights that the law determines in connection with the processing of personal data. In this document we provide you with all the necessary information regarding the above areas. 

In connection with the measures taken to protect personal data, we adhere to strict rules that determine which employee of ZDRAVÉ LABKY s. r. o. has access to personal data as well as which personal data you are authorized to process. 

1. Who is the controller of your personal data?

2. What personal data do we process?

In our company, we work only with those personal data that allow us to provide services within the scope of our activities, ie. to process our customers' orders in terms of administration and delivery so that we comply with our legal obligations and also to protect our legitimate interests.  

3. For what purposes do we process personal data? 

We process the personal data of our clients in order to provide goods and services within the scope of our activities. We characterize the individual purposes as follows: 

Data processing based on contract performance: 

We process personal data for the purpose of concluding a contract between the customer, as our customer, and us, as the supplier, when using our services. In such a case, personal data are processed only to the extent necessary for the conclusion and performance of the relevant contract. These include the performance of the subject of the contract, customer support, contract administration and registration of participants. For this purpose, the provision of personal data to customers is completely voluntary, but it is necessary for the successful conclusion of the contract and its subsequent performance. Without this information, we would not be able to enter into a contract with the client and fulfill the obligations and rights arising from it. 

Data processing for marketing purposes: 

We also process the personal data of our clients for marketing purposes, if we have the consent of our clients for this purpose. Marketing mainly concerns the following activities: The offer of products and services of the company ZDRAVÉ LABKY s. r. o .. Based on your consent, we can send you offers electronically, especially in the form of e-mails, or in the form of a message on a social network, if this form is more acceptable to you. Sending information emails containing business offers, articles and information from activities in the scope of activities of the company ZDRAVÉ LABKY s. r. o. 

Consent for marketing purposes is voluntary. However, it is necessary that we can send you service offers from ZDRAVÉ LABKY s. r. o . We cannot provide individual offers of goods and services without the given consent. You can revoke the consent at any time by e-mail to: gdpr@naturalpetproducts.eu

This allows our site, among other things (depending on the type of cookies) to remember your latest activities and user preferences, e.g. access data, language, font size or display settings of our website for a certain period of time, so it is not necessary to set these preferences again the next time you visit the website.

This is also our legitimate interest, which is the legal reason for processing your data. The above data is processed using cookies, IP addresses and other technical tools that allow us to evaluate which parts of our website are popular, what visitors to our website view and how much time they spend on this website. Cookies consist of information that the web server sends and stores in your internet browser. This information is then sent back to the web server each time you visit our website. This allows the web server to identify and monitor your internet browser. The cookies used by the Operator are included among the so-called technical cookies that are necessary to monitor data transmissions in order to adapt our website to the needs of visitors.

5. How long have we stored your personal data? 

We process personal data necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract during the contractual relationship and the next 10 years from the end of the contractual relationship, when required by generally binding legal regulations, especially the VAT Act in connection with the archiving of tax documents containing your data. 

Personal data obtained on the basis of consent will be processed until or until the withdrawal of consent by the customer, ie. for the duration of the customer's interest in fulfilling the purpose of their processing, e.g. during the interest in receiving the newsletter. 

After this time, personal data will be deleted, except for data that we may continue to process in accordance with generally binding legal regulations in order to defend our legal claims. 

6. Where do we get personal data from? 

We collect personal data: 

Directly from the client at the conclusion, during the duration and performance of the contract. 

Directly from the client by granting consent to the sending of information emails. 

From other persons to whom the client has given his consent. 

7. How can you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes? 

Consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is based on voluntariness, for which reason the client can revoke it at any time. If the client does not wish to receive an offer from us, he can inform us of this fact by e-mail at gdpr@naturalpetproducts.eu

What should the revocation of consent contain? 

Who files the appeal. Enter your name, surname and e-mail address. 

Indicate that you do not want us to further process your personal data for marketing purposes.

8. What rights does the client have in connection with the processing of personal data? 

We place great emphasis on respecting the rights of our customers. In connection with the processing of your personal data, you are entitled to exercise the following rights: 

Provision of information on the processing of personal data 

These include the identity and contact details of the controller, the purposes of processing and categories of data, information on the recipient or categories of recipients of personal data, information on the transfer of personal data to third countries, retention period of personal data, authorized operators, calculation of your rights, Office for Personal Data Protection, source of processed personal data, information on whether and how automated decision-making and profiling takes place. 

Right of access to data 

The customer has the right to confirm whether or not his personal data is processed. If personal data are processed, he has the right to access information on the purposes of processing, the categories of data concerned, the recipients and the retention period of personal data. The customer also has the right to information about his rights as well as about the right to file a complaint to the Office for Personal Data Protection. At the same time, the client has the right to access information about the source of personal data, whether there is automated decision-making and profiling, as well as information and guarantees in case of transfer of personal data to a third country or international organization. The customer has the right to provide a copy of the processed personal data. 

Right to correct data

In the event that your personal data has changed, as a result of which the company ZDRAVÉ LABKY s. r. about. processed outdated or inaccurate personal data, you can inform us and we will correct your registered personal data. 

Right to delete 

We are obliged to delete personal data in certain legal cases at the customer's request. The exercise of the right to delete implies an obligation to evaluate whether the conditions required for deletion are met, as in some cases stipulated by law we are obliged to store and archive personal data for the period stipulated by law, despite the client's request to delete the data. 

Right to restrict data processing 

You have the right to restrict the processing of data if you wish that we process the personal data provided by you exclusively for the necessary legal reasons, or if you request that we block your personal data. 

Right to data portability 

If the customer requests that we provide his personal data to another company, he has the option to ask us to transfer his personal data in the appropriate format. We will do so if no legal or other significant obstacles prevent us from doing so. 

The right to object to automated individual decision-making 

In the event that the customer believes or finds that his personal data is processed in violation of the protection of his private and personal life, or that we process his personal data in violation of applicable legislation, we ask him to contact us for an explanation. or elimination of the resulting unsatisfactory condition. It can also object directly to automated decision-making.

The client may contact the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic with any suggestion or complaint in connection with the processing of personal data. 

Exercise of rights

The right to protection of personal data provided to ZDRAVÉ LABKY s. r. o. you can apply at the e-mail address gdpr@naturalpetproducts.eu. We provide the statement free of charge. In the event that the complaint is disproportionate or recurring, we have the right to charge an adequate fee that takes into account the administrative costs of providing the information. 

9. Who has access to your personal data? 

The client gives consent to the processing of personal data to ZDRAVÉ LABKY s. r. o . The company has access to personal data as an operator. Employees of ZDRAVÉ LABKY s. r. o., personal data may also be made available to contracted agents such as programmers, e-shop administrators, delivery companies and bookkeeping. 

Contractual intermediaries are companies that manage our system and ensure the operation of the company and the functioning of its individual parts. With these intermediaries, the company ZDRAVÉ LABKY s. r. o. concluded a contract on the processing of personal data. Intermediaries are also bound by compliance with the rules on personal data protection, including confidentiality, in order to guarantee the highest level of legal protection, which meets the requirements of applicable legislation in the Slovak Republic.
